The Anaemia Action Alliance Calls for Bold Commitments at Nutrition for Growth Summit 2025 in Paris

The Anaemia Action Alliance is urging governments and their partners worldwide to prioritize anaemia reduction and make concrete commitments at the Nutrition for Growth (N4G) Summit 2025, taking place in Paris on March 27-28.

The N4G Summit presents a crucial opportunity to advocate for ambitious financial and political commitments, fostering dialogue among diverse actors including governments, international organizations, research institutions, civil society organizations, philanthropies, private sector entities, and media representatives.

Anaemia, a prevalent societal, health, and economic challenge, disproportionately affects women and children, exacerbating gender inequality. It afflicts twice as many women as men and severely impacts young children, pregnant and postpartum women, and menstruating girls and women in low- and middle-income countries.
